The BAP LAB was awarded a Bard Research Fund Grant for the 2023 – 2024 academic year to support a project entitled, “Does race serve as a context for context-driven attention?” This funding will go towards conducting a series of experiments to investigate whether experience with individual members of a social category can impact how we attend to information in the presence of other members of that same social category.
