On Saturday, March 8th, members of the BAP Lab traveled to New York City to present two posters at the Eastern Psychological Association (EPA) Annual Meeting. One poster, led by RA Polina Rafailova found that robot eye gaze directs attention in a location-based manner (see pdf of poster here). A second poster, led by RA Alua Samat found that contextualizing a visual search task in terms of a competition eliminates to gaze cueing effect (see pdf of poster here).
