New Publication in QJEP

Research conducted in the BAP Lab has been published in The Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology! Previous research has shown that people tend to start tasks as soon as possible, even when this comes at the cost of additional effort. This tendency to pre-crastinate has been found across a number of tasks. This paper reports the results of an experiment that tested whether this tendency would occur across both physical and cognitive tasks and whether this tendency was stable across individuals. You can read more about this paper here.
