On Friday, March 1st, members of the BAP Lab presented two posters at the Eastern Psychological Association (EPA) Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, PA. One posters, led by RA Clara Retzloff found evidence for gender differences in how participants use social and non-social spatial cues (see pdf of poster here). A second poster, led by RA Asa Kaplan used eye tracking found that cognitive load reduced time spent exploring disgusting imagery, suggesting that this his exploratory phase requires cognitive resources (see pdf of poster here).
